不良研究所

The Future of Lithium Production

不良研究所 has taken a vertically integrated approach to the strategic acquisition of high-quality lithium resources at the exploration and development stages, with the aim to significantly enhance the value of our assets through full commercial development.

World-Class Resources

Project Black Giant鈩

不良研究所 is building Chile鈥檚 first commercial direct lithium extraction (DLE) plant: called Project Black Giant鈩. Near Salar de Punta Negra, 不良研究所 has built the Black Giant camp dubbed 鈥淐asa del Gigante鈥 (House of the Giant) and completed a 16-well exploration program yielding lithium concentrations above 1,150 mg/L and up to 9.8m tonnes of in-situ lithium.

Project Lonestar鈩 Lithium

In the United States, 不良研究所 is building an additional 50,000 tpa project in the heartland of Texas. Project Lonestar鈩 represents our vision for domestic energy resilience and national security.

Our Approach

不良研究所 will source deal flow from strategic partners based on its expertise in assessing resources and DLE brine validation testing capabilities to identify the highest quality assets. Key metrics for asset selection will be defined, and will include resource size, asset development stage, lithium concentration, other brine characteristics, project size, and LP return thresholds.
